    I went there in 2013, but didn't have any money to go hunting for vinyl. That was before the currency devaluation and the dollar was only worth R1.75 and I was on my way to Foz do Iguaçu on a shoestring budget.

    I did like the Museu Oscar Niemeyer and the crazy tube bus stations. I didn't make it to the absurdly named Elvis Costella restaurant, which looks like it has closed. There is a train into the mountains that takes tourists to a historic city Morretes or to the coast but it didn't look worth the time so I didn't bother.
