  • Great documentary. The real-life version of Scarface, more or less.
  • Got mine today too - thanks for that. Great travelling-to-work mix on the iPod... Really good stuff.
  • 12. Too Fresh - Groove Busted 26. Deuces Wild - He Writes His and I Write Mine That's my guess anyway... Looks like a good mix: let us know when/where to cop this.
  • nice mix tho, its got the necks snapping "dance the exclaibur" on it! That D-Moet and Xcalibur 12" is one of my favourites from the era.
  • I think it's "Still Diggin'" if i remember right... Right at the end... "The Biiiiiiiz Markie" ...* JUMP * ... Unskipping copies used to be tough to find.
  • 20-30%, dependent on several factors: 1) Who started it. 2) The amount of attention it's receiving. 3) As mentioned already, the title.
  • Drop me a PM with the details and I can probably point you in the right direction...
  • What do you need? Names of spots? If so, go and see Hommyo at Atmos or Chapter in Harajuku. Him and his boys have things locked in that district. Failing that, go and see Hiroki at Passover. He can get the super-raers... Gucci Dunks, AKA AF1s, all…
  • I love quality pavement art! Julian Beever is amazing... And Kurt Wenner is one of the best ever...
  • I've had an aquarium for about 10 years now. Went from freshwater pufferfish to a Malawi cichlid setup, with coral. Both are tropical freshwater, which is a LOT less of a headache than a saltwater tank - and a lot cheaper. Work out how much daily …
  • what video game music is this? its gonna kill me... I think it's one of the Mario games, probably on SNES knowing Jeremy Klein...
  • this reminds me of the days of skateboarding when kids who would get frustrated would "focus" their skateboard, meaning, stomp on it, snapping it in half or pieces. a definite NALGA Steve Rocco supposedly 'invented' the art of focusing boards: if …
  • Quickest way to tell is to see if the label has the letters 'E' 'A' 'S' 'T' on the vinyl underneath the middle circle. Hard to explain, so I'll stick a picture up: Once you get into reading matrix numbers and stuff, you'll find an 'SRC' stamp on …
  • That makes me laugh (and a little happy) to see The Jupiter called "roachy". Yeah, I mean it was cool for the money, I guess.. and if I'd have had time to check out the club under the bar it might have appealed more. But the on-site massage par…
  • I went to Portland in October, to do a presentation over at adidas (who made Portland their base just to spite Nike). I was only there for three days, but I thought it was real nice... I took my 'board as I knew it was packed with skate spots and I…
  • If you need ideas, I bought this for my brother last year. That is a nice book, yeah. I also liked this one a lot:
  • We've just released part one of our Crooked Clydes over here... 'money green'/black, with a lime midsole. The grey/maroons are out in January... and then the orange ones drop shortly after. We'll be staging a b-boy/Beat Street-themed event in London…
  • Time for a bump... If you have it and wanna test the 'top price paid' part of my post, drop me a PM. I need this record more than my family need Christmas presents this year.
  • You mean the LP? I've had a couple of those in the past... it does turn up on occasion, usually minus the picture sleeve for some reason. I'm pretty sure that track was only on the album and not on a 12"... There's only one 12" from that album, '…
  • I've got a US promo with full PC at home, which was picked up about 5 or 6 years ago. As far as I know, it hasn't been booted yet.

  • TSL had a bunch of sealed copies back around 2002 or so, for $12 a pop. I found 44 copies in March of 2000 and priced them $18. Dammit. I was $6 out... my memory's failing me.
  • TSL had a bunch of sealed copies back around 2002 or so, for $12 a pop. I remember looking at the cover thinking, 'What the fuck are they wearing?'. Great album.
  • Worst thing I've heard in a LONG time. Schei??e.
  • I don't agree with these... 3. Shaun Of The Dead, 2004 4. Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery, 1997 5. South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, 1999 7. American Pie, 1999 15. Wayne's World, 1992 24. Ghostbusters, 1984 28. When Harry Met Sal…
  • You mean The REAL TSL? yeah, 12th between A&B. Was looking really good stockwise. It's bijou The REAL TSL is on Orchard, surely?
  • Australia is possibly the best place I have ever visited. Amazing weather, amazing people, amazing beaches, amazing wildlife... I didn't even feel the need to dig too much either, so the place even took care of my finances for me.
  • Name: chr!s Last Record You Bought: Freshski & Mo Rock 'Talking Pays/Pick Up On This' Last Time You Bought Records: yesterday
  • That poster is amazing... Nice work!
  • It was released on both vinyl and CD on Readyrock... that was a short lived company I was down with that was based out of both LA and Philly. It folded like right after the KMD release... maybe like one other Philly indie release. We're talking 199…
