    Saddened to hear of the passing of Paul Nice. One of my favourite DJs and producers. I can't express how influential Breaks for Days, JFK to Narita and the Soul on the Grill series were to me.

    Good businessman? Please. Before the election, he was going broke, squandered millions from his inheritance, and almost every business he has ever run has gone bust. This is just a fallacy. Being good at business should not apply to democracy, because it's not meant to make a profit. Almost everything wrong with the Western world is because of the neoliberals who tried to make a buck off government services.

    I hope all the LA strutters are safe and well. 
    I saw the Madlib thing as well. Aside from the devastating fact that your home is gone, the loss of all that music, records and equipment being destroyed is heartbreaking as well. At least all his family seem safe and well. It brings things into perspective. 
    It's nice to see people like House Shoes on IG donating clothes and helping. 
    I recall that Q-tip lost all his records in a house fire in the mid to late 90s.

    I think this is the first time I have ever copped any records from FB marketplace. A set sale that I wanted for the SSO Band, which doesn't crop up all that much down here in Sydney. The rest will go into the trade, sell pile.
