man, I just made a standard margarita pizza but added granulated garlic, walnuts and feta to the mix...whoa!

    My last pizza was pesto (no tomato sauce), chicken, feta and mushrooms... was the yummy.

    Our last pizza, we will finish the leftovers tonight, was the best.

    Grilled eggplant, squash, onions and locally made kelbasa.
    Fresh tomatoes.
    Pesto.
    Mozz
    Parmesan
    kielbasa

    Did the dough in the bread machine. Baked in the oven not the grill.

    Generally speaking I don't usually like a lot of fancy ingredients. I always like fresh ingredients.

    Last home made pizzas were
    1. pepperoni, blue cheese, pineapple, tomato slices and jalapenos
    2. red pepper, tomato slices, feta and green manzanilla olives

    I do something similar... Leftover pizza next morning, chuck in a pan with a couple of eggs... Pizza eggs...

    I used to be student-vision ham and mushroom for days. Have attempted the pineapple ride but was not up to it. Jusk a likkle too sweet.

    Now branched out into that pepperoni, spicy beef, jalapenos and green peppers action. I will also ride for artichoke if it looks like a clean joint.

    Walnut oil (instead of sauce), home grown figs, honey goat cheese, caramelized red onion, gorgonzola.

    Fire my wood oven with legacy grape vines and red oak with cherrywood sprinkled.

    All kinds of obscure, crazy, baller-ass foodie things that mere ordinaries cannot comprehend as foodstuffs, much less as pizza toppings.

    Either that or pepperoni.

    what is the struts stance on BBQ chicken pizza? done right it can be delicious, done wrong and it is offensive to the pizza dough

  • We have been emulating the "Peso Pizza" joints we ate in Cuba.

    Basically Tomato, Buffalo Mozarella, Chorizo, Homemade Dough

    We copped some of the small deep pans which are essential.
