    I thought it was actually breathing in and out at the same time.. which is impossible.

    1. You create a buffer of air in your mouth to use when your lungs are about to run out of puff

    2. As your release that buffer, you quickly sneak more air back into your lungs in via your nose

    3. Then you just do that over and over until you fuckin faint.
