How Often Does This Happen? (ebay crap)
I shipped a record to France on 4/21. The buyer filed a claim about a month later, and I didn't issue a refund because the IFC UPS tracker showed two attempted deliveries in Paris.
Paypal issued the refund sometime around the 10th of June, as expected. Which was fine with me.
Today I went to the post office and had a return from France. That very album.
This is a first for me. Is international return a new wrinkle?
