I shipped a record to France on 4/21. The buyer filed a claim about a month later, and I didn't issue a refund because the IFC UPS tracker showed two attempted deliveries in Paris.<br /> <br /> Paypal issued the refund sometime around the 10th of June, as expected. Which was fine with me.<br /> <br /> Today I went to the post office and had a return from France. That very album.<br /> <br /> This is a first for me. Is international return a new wrinkle?
