    i played this record while my 12 year old step daughter was in the room, and she was like "is this that blind guy?"
    turns out her music teacher introduced her class to his music the previous day...

    I don't consider myself an expert on Roland Kirk by any means but I do love this record. Probably one of most beautifully designed albums I have.


  • ahhh therers a water damaged copy of slightly latin thats missing the LP at a local Goodwill, and its haunted me on two separate occasions.

    "Prepare Thyself..." grabbed me the first time I listened to it.
    I heard that Roland wasn't actually blind; just an elaborate put on? Anyone heard this
