Just watched this very sixties video of Julie Driscoll w/Brian Auger & Trinity. Julie D. is definitely looking pretty freaky! I am actually more partial to the Super Session version or the original. Others?

A song that stands up to covers well.

I think the original (Jimmy Page on guitar?) is best.
I never noticed it before, but Julie Driscoll sounds a lot like Bobbie Gentry.

I like this version better than Auger or Super Sessions, but not as much as Donovan.

Definitely the original or Terry Reid. Instrumental versions are interesting but don't really compare IMO.

And if you pick up the CD, there's an additional 'no-horns' version which sounds even better than their regular version
