Celly Cel came into my store once for no apparent reason. The two things stand out- he was very pleased that I recognized him and he had the softest hands of any grown man I've ever shook hands with. It literally felt like he had never done a hard day's work in his life.
As a rapper, I think he's solid but unremarkable. I don't have anything filed.
