My pick is Rashida Jones, who I'm surprised isn't getting more love in this thread. She's remained relevant in 2010 without having to adopt any brazen tactics. She's on the hit NBC show Parks and Recreation, had an understated role in the blockbuster The Social Network and is set to star in at least three films in 2011. She's building her career steadily and exhibiting some elegance along the way.
She was highly touted in 08/09 up in SS already.
