I'm pretty sure very few people have ever heard this LP,,,,,,I spoke to the bass player pictured below and their story is nuts...from the middle of nowhere Kentucky.....I honestly don't even know how to describe this LP....but it grows on you like a mofo.

Wheelchair bound college football scout on guitar - Check
Star running back recruit on bass- Check
Bass player's nephew and female cousin on vocals - Check
Customized Tour Bus without ever going on tour - Check
Never sold a single LP - Check

    Sweet. I like the music better than the vocals, but the female voice is actually pretty nice. Thanks for sharing. What's the name of the band/LP, if you don't mind?

    I agree that the music > vocals.

    And I will reveal that info once copies are secured.

  • Maybe I'm real high but this is kinda rocking my knot right now.

  • The arrangements and atmospheric and dreamy production are strong. I find the vocals earnest and endearing and just over the line of competent. The vocals in this case are not mood-killers.

    Earnest and endearing are good descriptors for the vocals. It's pretty "cute" stuff, the vocalist sounds young and probably never had singing lessons, but that lends something organic to the sound. However, his voice doesn't really "match" the sound. The female vocalist (the cousin) actually sounds pretty damn good.
