I swear Abita Amber was created to go with food...perfect brew with food

also Sam Smith's Lager makes a steak or pizza go down nice..

Didn't hate on Sam Adams with a lobster roll either...

Dos Equis with tacos is kinda unbeatable as well

  • I've found a love for Sam Adams with steak tacos
    Shiner Black with brawtwurst was KILLER

  • I don't know if it counts but I have been working on my beer batter skills and I haw found that yellowtail ale provides the perfect amount of amber and carbonation for onion rings, skrimp, cheeken streepz etc.

    That and if you ain't drinkin Pacifico or Victoria gtfoohwt faux Mexican beer

  • Tsing tao or Nastro azzuro with wathever food
    is a great combo

  • Also, dogfishead stone brewery collabo Saison brewed with sage, Rosemary and thyme with a pizza is game over!

    Tsing tao - impossible to find in these parts now, last time i drank this was about 8 yrs ago, so goooood! cant even order it or anything, not sure why, but whatevs
    ^^ killed with some sushi and followed by some sake and yer good to go...

    Piton Lager - copped some from my trip last year in St Lucia, impossible to find here as well, to order some a 6 pack is $24 and the shipping from St Lucia is $224, $250 for a 6pack is a bit much..i'll get more when i go back next year..
    ^^ west indies jerk chicken and these little spikey type apples they have on the island, and yer set!

    i worked in a restaurant where the chef made an excellent lamb sauce for with this spicy beer
    can never cook, eat one without the other
    either i recreate it or drop a bit in the middle of braising a leg of lab

    goes perfectly with this


    which is a Franconian Sauerbraten.

    Also I make a sauce for filet of pork out of butterroasted onions, lemonpeel, cream and plenty of this
