Where does DMG (Detrimental Ganxta) - Rigormortiz album rank?
I'm greatly lacking in a Southern Rap Pass but I'd personally rank it highly. Fair to say that he owes his sound to Scarface but think there's a lot of great tracks on the album.
K-Rino - Stories from the Black Book
Gangsta NIP - The South Park Psycho
Big Mike - Somethin' Serious
ABN - Asshole by Nature
Fesu - War with no mercy
Coppertone Conspiracy - Funky Overthrow (Not "typical" south shit, but a must cop! Southern Hospitality 12" = personal holy grail)

it rates nowhere since hes from wisconsin
So he's a Mid-Western MC with "Southern" production?
Or was he making Mid-Western Rap on a Southern Label while mimicing Scarface?
Gangstarr = Texas Hip Hop?
So all southern producers + a southern label but Midwest MC does not qualify as a Southern rap record. How about if the rapper's southern but the producers and label aren't?
Please to school an ignorant from across the pond.

Ice Cube - The Nigga Ya Love To Hate = East Coast record?

Now you're poasting just to poast.
That Nemesis record is junk.
I actually prefer Temple of Boom out of their 3 lp's from that era...mostly just because of a single song Go Ron C...but I figured their debut deserved mention as a way to point out that Dallas was doing it (somewhat) big before Houston.

too obvious
This is one of the greatest covers ever. I'm guessing the music is good as well, but I wonder if it can live up to this Pen n' Pixel masterpiece.

more later...
+ Tec-9 might sound good as a nickname, the Tec-9 itself is a shitty piece of machinery. Jamming and reliability issues. AK's on the other hand...
