I was obsessed with this record for a long time a few years ago. "Can you travel in the dark alone" and "I watch the moon" are my favorite songs, although I find the whole album to be solid in general. I got rips of their unreleased second album at one of the record days some years ago. Sad to say it is terrible and unlistenable, a shadow of their self titled.

This record has an incredible sound.

Nature Boy and Hang On To A Dream are top-notch.

... which I guess is why I am often found mellowing out to your old copy.

    Hey,

You need to help a brotha get familiar. Anyone have a copy to sell?

I definitely ride - one of the first albums I "discovered" when I was broadening my collecting tastes beyond funky breaks.

Only anti-drug psych record I can think of. SOI has "my copy." I agree it's a one-tracker.

I don't get an anti-drug message out of the Wozard of Iz. Perhaps I was listening to it wrong. There's a fine line between social commentary and drugs are bad, mmkay?

This album is not a one-tracker. That said, not every song crushes. I would say half of it is outstanding while the other half is just ok.
