Cusco is cold as fusk at night.And this altitude thing is no joke.Holler if you have any recs.

    HUARAZ is on the agenda. not sure if ill make it to the lake. trying to go up the coast from lima to ecuador.

    while going to huaraz you pass by the huacachina (desert oasis in ICA)

    at huaraz go to the churup hostel and do a trek to lago69
    or the santa cruz if you are fit

    the pollo a la brasa called samuel's or something (in the central district of the city..pretty huge place)

    has the most amazing roast chicken
    let me know where you are staying and ill recommend you a local cafe/food spot kindof the equivalent of the peruvian diner

    If in Arequipa travel to see Colca Canyon and the Nazca lines are amazing south of Lima. The Inti Raymi is a big Inca ceremony in Cuzco on the summer soltice is impressive and Corpus Christi a few days before is pretty racous if you are still hanging around at the end of June.
    Staying on an island in Titicaca is highly recommended as long as its Taquille I stayed on Uros it was a dump compared.
