    No, it's a love webcam of an eagle nest on Hornby Island. My mom sent me the link about 10 minutes ago and within about 20 seconds of clicking the link, the mom flew up with a fish she'd just caught! She tore it open and started feeding the chick. It was so remarkable that i had to post it immediately. The chick is asleep under momma now though.

    We have a hawk that hangs around the backyard now and then. They frequent birdfeeder sites to pick off meals. We watched in horror and awe as it picked apart a small bird for breakfast one morning.
    I didn't want to let the cats out but apparently they don't mess with cats, so the literature says. They concentrate on smaller prey.


    Just beautiful. I love watching her fix the nest! Thanks so much for posting this.
