dude was unhappy, so I told him I would give him a full refund, just return the record and I will refund your bid and postage costs...full refund. He doesnt like packing records and it is a hassle for him to ship it back...so he wants a refund and wants to keep the record...that he is unhappy with...because "he doesnt like going to the post office"A new one every day.

    Dear customer.....I totally understand where you're coming from. I hate to go to the bank so I guess we're at an impasse.
