Sir Joe gave us a brand new track to play on tonight's show - a track he recorded with the mighty Dap-Kings, which has not been released yet and has never been played on radio. This one's gonna be a Funk bomb!

Correction: The new Sir Joe Quarterman track we're playing tonight is not with the Dap Kings, but the Menahan Street Band, which is a Daptone act consisting of members of the Dap Kings. Just wanted to set it straight.

Closer description would be El Michels Affair gets out the studio

This whole thing is really really cool, he comes across as a great dude. Props. Saved to HD.
