Funk 45 Track ID Help!!

i was recently listening to an old mix and i this 45 stood out on it but what track is it?? it's been bugging me for a while now and i really want to know, any help is really appreciated. Sorry for the poor sounding clip, its recorded off my stereo speakers.

    yeah its a remix of i changed my mind, but what's the original horn sample from? the dude that did the mix says the original sample is off some 45 he cant remember the name of and before you all say it, ive already taken that sh*t to the breaks.
