Just back from a birthday trip to Paris. Managed to sneak in a few record shops and found the following:
Jacques Loussier Pulsion SpareRhythmes Por Expression Primative - Drums onlyPete Rodriguez - Hot and WildAntonio Carlos & Jocaffi - BrazilAndrew White - Who got the FunkDiane Dufresne - Tien Toe ben J'arrive - SpareLes Gammas - Hammond funk!Benny Bailey - Soul Eyes - Long time want!Herve Roy - French Pop - Another long term want for peanutsClarke Boland Big Band - Handle with CareBoulou and the Corporation Gypsy Orch - Odd one this, funky in a French way?Sly Stone - San Francisco - Been after a copy of this for a while for the great Rock Dirge then found a load of sealed originals!
Many moons ago someone put a couple of tracks by Mike Manzanilla on one of their mix cd's. I have never been able to track them down until now. Each of the LP's contains at least one storming track. (Yes some of these are spares!!)
A few 45's too!
