Strut Central
A pretty impressive man considering his involvement in activism from pretty early on but what about his music? Anybody on the Strut rides for it? Recommendations?Peace,Dress

I enjoy his music. I grew up on it.
His first record Mark Twain is very enjoyable orchestrated folk.
Calypso, is always a fun listen.
The Midnight Special record has a young Bob Dylan on harp on one cut.
He was doing world music before world music was cool.
Brought Miriam Makeba to the USA.
Bottom line, good music for little kids.
