"west coast giants" from angola/ south africa

just found a really strange record from angola/ south africa called "west coast giants". it`s an obscure mix of music including two funk tracks. does anyone have some info about the album? nothing on google to be found...

    Angola was a Portuguese colony.
    Is there a Portuguese influence?
    It should be easy to distinguish Angolan names from South African names.

    I have never heard of a close musical or cultural connection between Angola and South Africa.

    South Africa has long had a recording industry, and very little music has made it out of Angola which has been at war for decades.
