Hell to the yes on that!And 8ball & MJG with a band (even heard some Barkays rumors) ain't anything to scoff at either!Who among you out-of-towners is coming down for this year's SXSW chaos?

    is it just me or is a rap show with that many people and that kind of time-table laughable. I've never been to a rap show that started on time. I can't imagine that it's going to go as planned. The seperations are odd too. Most are 5-10 minutes apart, but from Killer Mike to Kidz in the Hall it is 45 minutes. Maybe it's an intermission, but that is only after an hour of show.

    I'd like to make it to SXSW sometime, but not sure if I'll ever be able to.

    Does seem like overly ambitious scheduling, right down to the nearest fifth minute -- I don't think so

    That's kind of the way shit is at SXSW. You honestly have all these artists and their management jockeying for space on a limited amount of showcases. My friend put this (and pretty much all rap shows) together at the festival and trust me he f*cking works his ass off to make it happen. So, while it's not perfect, you would be surprised how fluid it goes. And rap shows are nothing - think about the rock shows, with bands having to strike the stage after every set and still stay on schedule.
