If your weight's a problem, try to get it down. Do some exercise, and take a look at your diet. Who knows, if you get yourself fit and change your eating habits, your skin condition might improve a little, too. If you're healthier on the inside, then it follows you'll be healthier on the outside. I know that a skin condition I had for a few years in the 80s began to clear up when I quit eating meat, and it hasn't been a problem since.
