A Letter to Comcast (RACIST RELATED)

We live in what used to be a boarding house that could hold up to 13 tenants, so we get our share of "odd" mail... birthday cards with money in it, books of the month, loan default notifications, you name it.But this one takes the cake! I'm guessing one of the tenants who lived in our house wrote a hate letter to Comcast and it got returned.
