  My question is, does anyone see a political sign and be like "Oh yeah, I need to vote for them; thanks sign!" I wonder if anyone has done a study on the ritual/cultural significance of putting a campaign sign in your front yard and what it means to the individual who puts it up, as well as the viewer of the sign.
