font class="post"1b,121b,121In all honesty, it's an 80s pressing, but I am not a stickler for what is the first or (much) later pressing unless it's recent boot with shitty sound quality. It has a few songs that are also on On Whittier Blvd., but the originals like "Breakfast On The Grass" and an instrumental take on "Walk On By" are img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hard2.gif" alt="" 21 .

font class="post"1 b,121b,121h,121font class="post"1b,121b,121plaese to post audio as this might be the boldest statement ever made on soulstrut...I have never found one, so I dont know what it sounds like, but has a fan of American Hard Rock, I must hear the LP "that is as good as I will ever find" I must admit I am finding it difficult to fathom that claim, however, when one can go out with a couple dollars and bring home "Tyranny and Mutation" & "Love it to Death", which I would claim them to be "as good as US hard rock LPs you're gonna find"...I want to hear an LP better than those 2.

At least Alice and the boys redeem themselves with "Sun Arise," after a long, aimless "suite." The second half of the BOC is just unremarkable.b,121b,121But the first side of either album is right up there in the Gallery of the Greats...not bad for "ninety-nine cent."
