only have seen 3 of his movies (Pan's labriynth, The Orphange and The Devil's Backbone) but all are top shelf...still trying to find a copy of Cronos to watch(donbt think it is on DVD) anybody else like dudes films? Best ghost stories evar...

  • Cronos is definitely on DVD. Maybe it's out of print by now... Anyway, pretty dope, but not holding a candle to the Devil's Backbone or Pan's Labyrinth.

    Also, on Blade II. Shit is that crack

    Definitely. It really was a return to subtle psychological horror flicks like rosemary's baby and the shining. Atmospheric and truly effective. I'd say more but don't want to give anything away for those who haven't seen it.

    Del Toro was just the producer on El Orfanato, not the director. His involvement is obvious though, and it does kind of have the same theme and atmosphere as Espinazo Del Diablo.
