Saving Google Searches?

There's a kind of speaker that I'd like to know more about, and I've gone through all of the google results already, but I'd like to know if something new pops up. Is there a way to save a search on google or another search engine such that when a new result is posted after a certain date, it notifies you, or at least only displays the new results?I feel like this might be useful for some record related info as well.

Wow ... that's a cool feature. That would be useful when you put up a new site and want to know when it's made its way into Google's search index.
