chopper city in the ghetto is a classic. guerrilla warfare is classic. love the big tymers 'i got that work.' funny album, but also really solid, multi-dimensional. 400 degreez, well duh, g code is great as well.
seek out B.G.'s "Thugged Out" off the baller blockin soundtrack.
Turk's solo debut is underrated. probably my favorite mannie beats of any of the hot boyz' solo records
his second album kind of sucks but its got some hot klc tracks.
Gotta show some love for Tha G-Code with 'I Got That Fire' and the timeless classic 'Fuck That Nigga'. The first Hot Boyz album and BG's early stuff is definitely something to check out if your a Cash Money fan - really raw and hungry. Man you guys got me going back through my tapes when I should be working.....

man you all are talking about the cash money B.S. that came out after they signed with UNVERSAL records.
The best stuff came out before they signed to UNI/Records. Kilo G=The Bloody City The first 4 records BG put out, Before BLING BLING Juvenile-Soulja Rag

Yeah I would probably pick that. My top three would probably be some order of:
Juve - 400 degreez
Lil' Wayne - Tha Carter
Juve - The G Code
Though Guerilla Warfare has to be pretty close.
I've sadly not been on the bandwagon long enough to have ever got round to checking out most of BG's solo output. Am I missing out?
Those are not CA$H MONEY records. I have the Silkk lp. It's alright. Great cover though. Aren't S & W from Brooklyn? I don't know shit about rap.
Yes...the 12" that has selected tracks from BG's Chopper City in the Ghetto, most importantly one of the best rap songs ever made...Uptown My Home.
Then again, that 12" doesn't contain the radio version of Cash Money is an Army so those clean-edit lyrics you quoted aren't actually on the record.
i was just talking about the Silk. it's not on Cash Money? i could have sworn it was
to add to this thread, I liked chopper city in the ghetto.

The Hotboys 2nd LP is decent too.

Probably the best Cash Money video, no?
I was wondering when this would come up.
