someone mentioned the Halo "let me do it" on LOTUS LAND, which dropped few months ago. total killer modern soul (45's flip for over 3 g's) i did a subtle extended mix on the flip as well, for those who need just a bit more of the halo.
also don't forget about the Crystal "music" b/w "giving my love up to you" 45 we did on Lotus Land as well. flipside was previously unreleased and is pretty much ON FIRE.
coming soon is wyndchymes "baby you're the one" b/w re-edit instrumental & la rom baker "you're the best" w/ unrelead disco version.

Not out just yet. Drops on 11/6. We're about five weeks away on the wax (Those Stoughton gatefolds take time), but the disc is available from our site now. Rob will have a bunch of CDs at FMU for anyone man enough to show.

Great, great stuff, although some tracks (like New Frankiphone Blues) are redundant from Cohran's LPs. The single-only tracks more than justify the duplication, though. Costs a lot ($17) for less than 40 minutes overall, but considering the fact that beat-to-shit OGs go for three digits, it's money well spent.
strut uk (now sadly defunct) reissued all 4 Tony Allen lps a while back, obviously all OOP. Very glad to see another label reissue it once again (3lp). They're must haves imo.

The Complete "On The Corner" sessions. 6CD's, $126 bucks. I'm real curious to hear the 12 unreleased tracks, but the price is a bit high.
