Yeah, I'd say more jazz than funk, but it's a great record. There's no quick funk fixes on it - you have to sit down and listen to a whole side to really get into it, but I like it a lot.

I randomly bought the "Funky Donkey" cd about 7 years ago based on sight alone, and it's been a favorite ever since. I had to buy the OG off ebay about 2 years ago after calling around for days trying to find it. The original looks like the one Rey posted, the repress has a lady with a shirt that says "Funky Donkey." On a similar note, I really wanted to hear this one for the longest time. Supposed to be recorded around the same time but someone posted it after I requested it, and after listening to it a couple times it's not even close to how amazing Funky Donkey is.
