Track IDs

I'm not familiar with alot of 'motown' or funk tracks.
On the newest scribble jam dvd they have alot of goods IMO, but i have no idea who they are.

can someone help me identify these tracks?
there should be 4 snippets on this file divided by pauses.

    1. sounds familiar, but it's not coming to me. The main sample sounds like a cover of "Let The Sunshine In". Then again, it could also be a jazzy cover Leif Garrett's "I Was Made For Dancing", but good luck in that happening.
