    definitely not a good look on their part. when the ebay world revolves around you, it's probably a smart idea to be on top of tech issues.

    Seems to be working now.. but it's awfully slow. I got a message about scheduled maintenance half an hour ago.

    I don't use my paypal account for 4 months, then someone sends me money and the bitch is down. NAGL.
