  • ya, suicide doors = but i really like suicide doors on those big ass 30s "business sedan" type jobs. this is pretty close to my dad's 35 buick that he is working on:

sheeting over the very rear side windows, chopping just a tiny bit, when he gets that finished, man ....

my car appreciation very very influenced by my dad.

  • My alltime favorite shit is Brenda and the Tabulations "The Touch of You" - if anyone has this record/MP3 PLAESE HOLLOR!

Day I think I can get you the MP3 of this, lemmie pull out that album, wherever I put it...

Did you get the Roger stuff?

On of my favorite Chicano soul ballads: The Profits- "Fantasy Of Love"

Whats that one joint "I love youuuuuuuu for so many reeaassssssssssssssonnnnnnnnnnnnsssss". It's an all "broad" group. I remember hearing intro as a young scrappy and being like "uhhh that would be a dope beat", not knowing that Dre touched it already.

    ride: 1964 lincoln continental
    playing: never again - whispers

64 lincoln is the joint. I almost bought one to work on, but after I found out the Vacuum system that pretty much controls everything in that ride was shot, I deaded the deal... Finding somone to work on those things is a byaatch.

But the suicide doors are whats up... I'll get one yet along with my 51 merc.

The Quickest Way Out has a single on Karen with a version of "Hello, Stranger". Damn good funk flipside too. El Chicano is an obvious lowrider staple, but "Revolucion" is one of those "all killer, no filler" LPs
