Little Rock Gems.........

I'm going to be in the Little Rock area en route to a dig in Mississippi. Anyone know of any low key spots to wet my appetite?

    Arkansas is known as the diamond state...so geologic gems might be found.

    ...and we should help you look for other things because you have contributed so much to this board...





    No no records in Mississipi nor Arkansas...go through Kentucky instead....

    Arkansas is a pretty progressive state...just go into any small town, hit up a gas station or diner and ask them where you can find some funky black man music.

    well, the only time I was in Little Rock searching for records was pretty dissapointing. Out of luck, I decided to get a tattoo done in here:



    As tattoo dude was working in the design I gave him, Nemo riding a Harley, I told him about my record search. He said "No way, I was a disco DJ in the 70's". By now you can imagine where his records were stored. Yep, the tatoo shop back room. I scored MAD private disco, but had to leave a lot of pieces as I run out of money (still had to pay for the tattoo).

    Anyway, hope this helps. If you decide to check the place, please tell Larry that Biker Nemo dude says "hi".
