probably going to get out by 2am
people haven't been turning in stuff all day which means we will get swarmed at the last minute.
i just bought two red bulls and think i might need more than that.
cant wait for this day to be over
getting ready to play at an mc battle tonight...instros galore.
just upped that Marxmen joint with the Aaron Neville sample...
peace out, y'all. i'll throw some cheerleader calendar flicks up upon return.
Right now I am drinking a Michelob and getting ready to pull out a small stack of records.
The ideal Friday night.
Ha - thanks Ph1l I still need to mix it down and add one or 2 things to it.

Cosmo why aren't you out doing something hipster and/or hop?
Hi Zoe! Hi Anna!
I cant help myself
I like that.
Back to the battle of Black Pig!
This show is so amazing. I don't know why I stopped watching it.
where dude's girlfriend is gonna leave him cause he has
records all over his house, so he furiously runs around
ripping everything before she returns and finds all the
records gone, replaced by an MP3 player? I don't know if
it was "funny" but it was a little sobering to see dude's
house and be like "oof - that looks just like my crib" and
it's supposed to be an extreme parody example ...
Herbie
As in Fat Albert Rotunda Herbie?
if you happen to catch the egg battle the challengers are good people. worked with them for years. lost unfairly. f**k bobby flay. no originality.
Yeah that was great! Bobby Flay is a straight up bitch! I can't stand his shows. He tries way too hard.
Its nice staying in on the weekend. I think it has a lot ot do with being a bartender. Sometimes life isnt always about partying.
wait i missed that part. dope! I bet you got some great stories!
The most hip-hop show on TV. "Step in the Arena" should be the theme song, though, for real.
zo money bags on the check in.
just had dinner with the god, ross hogg and kicked it with neta on the shit talking tip.
-steven, where are you staying?
-rootless, holler.
-serg, man up
-anna, plaese to clean the house.
-morse, is that elbo room joint tonight? b.casue and all that?
T-Minus 15 minutes before wifey gets home...
------ YOINK!
yes, but i wouldn't know where to begin.
as for bobby flay, he puts a lot of work into what he does but it seems to be fuled by a desire to compete rather than a love for what he is actually producing. a lot of chefs get caught up in technique and wind up in the same place. it's not that they don't love the food, they just seem to apply an "always and never" approach to cooking that inevitably limits them and in a way distances them from someone who is truly inspiried by the ingredients that they have in front of them. don't know if that makes sense.
but this is a late night thread after all.
