Anyone here going to Jazz Fest or the Stomp?

    i've done jazzfest but the Stomp looks really cool. has anyone ever been? i might want to try and do that next year. is it yearly?

    I went last year (when it was temporarily in Memphis) and had me a funky good time.

    I live in Chicago, which is an outdoor-festival-happy city and in a summer where we had Intonation, Pitchfork, Lollapalooza, the Touch & Go anniversary thing, plus the usual suspects like the annual Blues Festival...the Stomp cast a large shadow over them all, that's how good it was.
