Well pleased with my latest Mexican digs, especially because my girl got them all off her aunts and uncles when she was there for her granddad's funeral last week. I didn't even have to leave soulstrut to "find" stuff.

Lots of new shit to finish the mixtape with GARCIA VEGA ahem ahem. It's only 14 months overdue.

    Have some cowboy instro

    Los Babys

It's from a 3-LP that only contained one record The title appears to be "Babys Show International"

Can't stand La Lupe's version but I quite like this one

i love the vocals. darondo backing darondo on the hooks. he said he wanted to add more to the track but that they released it as you hear it now. kinda glad he didnt do anything more to it since its close to perfect imo.

You got some infos on that record. I would like to know from which year that recording is.

The Intro is so psychadelic with these tape delays, but what realy killed me is what happnes at second 00:38.

To me it sounds like it is a scratched record with a delay afterwards.

    Peace

Nah, that's by some other band. Found it on a Reader's Digest comp.

1975 apparently. Could it be a reel to reel being "scratched" as it's running through a delay ??

    75 ???

The recording to me sounds like some 60s stuff, but OK, if you say 75.

Reel to reel tape scratches are possible, I dont know how they could do this sound in a other way than scratching a sound source.

    Peace
