Like whoa is fire, and I always enjoyed both the song "That's Gangster" and the video. Shyne was rocking the most mellow hood sweater.

Black Rob's album from '05 was pretty great all around, but he's imprisoned now so game over for him i guess

    LOL--vintage deejery!

  • Black Rob's first album was real dope.

The latest thing to touch my tables that not too many of my homies would be feeling would be the Entourage song by Omarion. Someone just gave me his 21 LP. I wish I had the single because that instrumental is hot.

This looks like fire. Sound clips.

Where's all the mid 80s R&B bonerz? I made this thread for a reason. And it wasn't to talk about the current state of hiphop in 2007 sans black rob.

Can you make sound clips? Honestly, this sounds up my road. I have no conflict in my life so I have to live vicariously through loner folk.

That cover looks so wild. I am feeling it on cover alone.

I'm too lazy to rip full versions of Ralph Hicks. Just grab the one for 5 bones on ebay. The b-side is horrible.

I don't think I've met any more than one person in my life that likes these records:

    The Teardrop Explodes: KILIMANJARO/WILDER
Lou Reed: GROWING UP IN PUBLIC
    Urge Overkill: EXIT THE DRAGON
Justin Warfield: MY FIELD TRIP TO PLANET 9 (insert Jonny_P comment here)
    Gary Numan: DANCE/I, ASSASSIN/WARRIORS
Gail Wynters: A GIRL FOR ALL SEASONS (well 3 songs from it anyway)
Thee Hypnotics: THE VERY CRYSTAL SPEED MACHINE

In the rap arena, I'm sure others also thought Roscoe P. Coldchain's "Delinquent" was awesome but they don't seem too anxious to admit it.

It's a registered classic in my household that is heard at all social gatherings.
In fact, while pre 2am the music is always dominated by funk and hip hop. Post 2 am the songs always take a turn towards a mixture of power ballads and eighties power jams. Wonder which part my neighbours hate more.

That being the case, I think I have way too much to post in this thread.
