Nairobi - what's good?

So I have a one day lay-over in Nairobi next week...what should I do? Anyone been there? Any suggestions?

    F.I.I.K. I found these in NYC. I was hoping someone would drop some info on them. I'm sure looking for them in NBI would be fun

    try melodica or asanands on tom mboye road - melodica is fairly well known (duncan brooker found a lot of the tracks for the kona afro-rock comp there)
