    Oh, man! Thanks for this. Excuse my possible disconnectedness, but who's putting it out? I thought Universal owned the masters - is this a sub-licensing job?

    Its on Traffic, part of their re-issue series. They re-relased the "I'm Not Playing" 12" about 6 months ago. The full lp should be out on Feb 27.

    I'll tell ya, when Traffic actually does get the licences and works with the old artits/labels they kill it!
    See: recently released Kool G Rap & Polo Road To Ritches 2CD & Biz Markie Make The Music expanded CD.
    This Ulimate Force project looks like it got the same treatment.

    It's pretty much Jazzy Jay. I ran into him awhile ago and he got me all giddy thinking about this project. He has some other sick master tapes that might see the light of day.
