    w/ lots of records i can see the braeks or point where the music changes up. but i'd rather listn to my records than stare at the grooves. unless im high.

    Not really that hard. No different than seeing where the break is in a record. Plus I read that he often guesses right because people usually have him ID Beethoven's 5th Symphony.

    I've mentioned this here before, but I once met a blind collector who could identify records (mainly dollarbincommons) by feeling the cover and the grooves.
