    i wanna snag this for xmas
    that looks cool, but im a little hesitant about the build and quality of zoom products. I had a few drum machines and some basic multi tracks from them and wasn't a fan. They usally cut corners on some areas though when they start cramming a lot of shit into one unit. Like a built in mic etc...
    this one looks cool, but no mic. You would have to supply your own.

    but if you just one something to roll with get the zoom. You can always resell it later and upgrade to a nicer unit if you need too.

  • i posted this in another thread but i still think that this is the next nice piece for portable recording...being in the price range of zoom and m-audio.

    I'm seriously thinking about picking up that Boss Micro BR. For my guitar, and also as a practice recorder for my bands practices. It'd be nice if it could also, be used to record my dj sets. I'm not too sure about all the built in drum patterns, and tuner and multi-effects. Not really interested in any of those, but if it has that and can do the job too. It could be quite interesting.
