Just got a copy off the 'Bay. The cover looks ok but the disc is just a lil too nice, as is the sleeve. It's definitely not the more recent reissue from the late '90s but I'm wondering if there ever was a second press that modeled the original? I noticed via popsike that there are two slightly different covers, one with a slim border around the main image, one without. OG Czech please?

Yes, and if I remember correctly, the color of the OG label is orange whereas the second issue has more of a burgundy/red-ish label.
