I found this record called:Lippman+Rau present: GOSPEL SOUL - The Patterson SingersIt's a german pressing on United Artists of this gospel/soul record with some great funky moments. I'm pretty sure it's a reissue, but a quick google and gemm search left me without any information. Do any of you guys know the original of this one? Thanks in advance, I'll post mp3's and cover scan later on...

    is it 2 kids and their dad on the cover?

    if so this is a Los angeles based gospel soul LP done by the Patterson family (pops on keys & guitar)

    original release is o nthe Birthright label from '76

    I always thought the Pattersons (on Birthright) and the Patterson Singers (Veejay/Atco and a couple of 45's) were two different groups.
