They did a good job of "touching up" the food on the cover...I dont care what the title sez, I've SEEN real-life chitlins, and that swine on the plate looks pretty clean to me!
(Looks a damn sight more appetizing than that grainy cover to Wynder K. Frog's Out Of The Frying Pan...I ain't got time to post the image, and it ain't a jazz rekkid anyways so it doesn't matter.)
