Just got a copy of Loveland LP and the mix of I Got Love is different from the "greatest hits" CD. Anyone know where the mix on the greatest hits is from, 45?

    Yes. It was a 45 version that didn't see album release until the 1993 best-of.

    Charles Wright actually recorded (and retitled!) this song numerous times. There's the two versions mentioned above (the "Love Land" album is actually called EXPRESS YOURSELF). Then there's "I Got YOUR Love" on the YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL elpee. Then, when the Watts Band broke up, Wright rerecorded and retitled it as "That's All That Matters, Babe" on his solo album, DOING WHAT COMES NATURALLY.
