check it! here is a recording of my friend chris's father DJ Raunchy Rich, spinning at Playlounge in Manhattan in the Fall of 1974. Very very very cool stuff. My favorite part is when he does the (relatively) quick cut from the Lyn Collins version of "Think" into the Soul Searchers' version....

    i know he spun from around 73-79... i should ask my friend Chris more...

    I think he did the mix on the THORENS MK belt drive.You cant back que on this turntable.Slip que style only. and a BOZAK MIXER.Please post more DISCO MIXES yall.

    i think because of the equipment used the mix sounds so fantastic! i mean, those turntables and the bozak mixer are audiophile gear. was the mix recorded to tape? it had to be...but how? reel to reel 1/2 inch or something? two-track?
